The client purchased this home brand new from the builder and wanted to stand out from their neighbors. Ready Homes worked with the client to convert their basic front yard into a tropical paradise. This project involved all aspects of the Ready Homes Concierge team including design, material sourcing, and project management. The client had some unique issues regarding the permitting and installation of the pool and Ready Homes was able to help navigate the complicated process of permitting a front yard pool in San Diego, CA.

This brand new construction home was part of a 5 unit development of similar style and layout. One of our clients main goals was to have their home stand out among the neighbors. The Ready Homes Concierge team provided options and input for a first of it’s kind front yard plunge pool and a Tulum inspired tropical oasis.

Before

The exterior of the home was in good shape and had a simple front yard and landscaping. The client didn’t like how bland it looked and wanted to find a way to stand out among the other homes in the neighborhood.

After

Heavily influenced by many of the modern homes and resorts in Tulum and Bali the front yard was overhauled to include a plunge pool, outdoor shower, additional seating, and a tropical forest.
