ReadyHomes founders are real estate investors and developers. We created a company around the simple idea that construction projects can be done on-time, on-budget, and can be stress-free. It won’t be the cheapest option, but we wanted it for ourselves, and now it's available to you.
Owner’s Representation
Ever heard of ‘an owner’s rep’? Most people haven’t, as it's typically a service only available for large commercial projects. An owner’s rep is there to protect you during your project, make sure you speak contractor, understand the decisions you’re making, and to make sure you’re not being taken advantage of. ReadyHomes is now offering this service to all customers who want to feel confident in the project, ensure their GC isn’t taking advantage of them, and being on-time on-budget.
Design
Selecting the right designer for your project can be a difficult long process. How do you know who to choose, who fits your design aesthetic, and even what pricing is industry standard? ReadyHomes can help you select the right designer for your project, at fair prices so you feel confident in your decision and don’t have to go back and re-do work, saving you time and money.
Build
ReadyHomes uses pre-vetted licensed General Contractors, for our own projects. We provide these verified vendors for your project, or, we help you review 3 bids from different GC's to make sure you’re confident with your decision in who you’re engaging. Selecting the right GC is critical to a successful project, but don’t worry we got you covered.
Project Management
Project managing a construction project could be upwards of 5,000 different decisions that need to be made. How do you know where to even start? ReadyHomes provides you with a dedicated Project Manager who holds your hand through this entire process making it actually fun and easy. You’ll be using our online dashboard to review all updates, change orders, chat with your Project Manager, and see a real time dynamic timeline tool to track your project.
Asset Management
Done with your project and don’t want the headache of managing everything else for the next 10 years? This could include things like managing a handyman for small projects, IT solutions for your smart home, pool and landscaping maintenance, ensuring property taxes are paid on time, keeping up local regulations, managing your property manager, and anything in between. ReadyHomes has a special team dedicated to managing this from A-Z.
Showrooms
ReadyHomes is the first of its kind, allowing local contractors to showcase their work through Real (r logo) homes where you can visit in person, and even stay overnight. This gives you confidence in the quality of the contractor you’re planning to work with.

The ReadyHomes ADU team can help you identify the right option based on your property which can include prefab ADU, custom ADUs, Junior ADUs, and can work within coastal zones and specific regulatory requirements.
Pools
Most GCs don’t build pools as there can be specialized licensing, permitting, and regulations they may be aware of. They tend to sub-contract our other pool vendors increasing the cost for you. ReadyHomes has pre-negotiated rates for pool materials and specialized pool contractors to pass this savings on to you.
Property Management
Planning on monetizing your new property? Managing your own properties can be a nightmare, dealing with guest check ins, complaints, and repairs. ReadyHomes has a network of Property Managers we can introduce to you so that you can collect a check each month, stress free.
