Ready Homes Concierge team worked to take a dirt backyard and transform it into a desert oasis in Scottsdale. This was the perfect blank slate for our team to create something truly unique. Ready Homes designed the pool using a first of its kind material that allows for natural features and expedited permitting. The site was particularly complicated due to its size and underground utility easement that runs through the back. Ready Homes team found solutions to all the problems and were able to design a space that is unlike anything else in the neighborhood.

Project Scope

The Desert Villa was a new construction home that was purchased when it was approximately 90% complete. The client retained Ready Homes to assist in designing a unique, functional space that would attract high end clientele. Considerable permitting and architectural hurdles existed due to site conditions and local zoning which the Concierge team was tasked with navigating. Ready Homes is handling the backyard pool project in Scottsdale from start to finish including design, permitting, and project management.

Before

The backyard for this property was dirt and construction debris when the clients purchased the property. There were existing plans for backyard landscaping and pool that were ultimately determined to not be possible.

After

Ready Homes transformed the space from a small backyard without much room for a pool into a complete desert oasis. There is a bridge built over the pool that can be expanded into a larger deck for dining, yoga, or a massage. Seating was added in and around the water to accommodate for the tight space.
